These terms are an agreement between you and the provider of the Mini Loops app ("Mini Loops", "we", "us"). They cover the app and this website. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Mini Loops helps you build one daily habit at a time. You choose a habit, the app reminds you at a moment you pick, you tell it how the day went, and it suggests adjustments to the plan based on your answers.
Mini Loops is a self-improvement tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological or professional advice. It is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you have concerns about your health, speak to a doctor.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Mini Loops on devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the app, or use it in any way that breaks the law.
Mini Loops requires an auto-renewing subscription. A free trial may be offered to new subscribers.
Purchases are handled by Apple, and refunds are at Apple's discretion under the App Store Terms of Service. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly.
What you write in the app — your habit, your notes, your answers — is yours. It is stored on your device, and we claim no rights over it. You are responsible for keeping your own copy; the app can export one from Settings. See the privacy policy for what the app does and does not send.
We may add, change or remove features, and may discontinue the app. Some features depend on your device and on the permissions you grant. We do not promise the app will be available without interruption or free of defects.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost data, arising from your use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, and nothing limits any statutory consumer rights you have where you live.
Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide support for the app. Apple is not responsible for the app or any claim relating to it, including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the provider of Mini Loops is established, and any dispute will be brought in the courts of that country. This does not affect consumer protection rights, or the right to bring proceedings locally, that the law of your own country of residence gives you.
If these terms change, the updated version will be posted here with a new date at the top. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
